Public Education

Prevention is Key

Our Public Education Program is designed to increase awareness of the social issues related to family and gender-based violence, through education, support, referrals, and advocacy. We believe that prevention is most effective when education happens early and often; therefore, all presentations are free of charge.

Important Information for Presentations:

  • Please book your presentation from the list below.

  • To ensure our presentation activities are effective, we ask that teachers do not combine classes for a single presentation unless discussed with our education team first.

  • If you would like to book 3 or more classes for a single day, please use our Full Day Booking.

  • For all out-of-town presentations, please use our Full Day Booking, coordinating with 3 or 4 teachers.

  • Email with any questions

"It wasn’t until we looked at what healthy and unhealthy relationships look like that I realized that I, myself and living in an unhealthy relationship.  I guess I need to go back to the basics and decide what I want for myself and my children before I can move on.  This course gives me the courage to believe that I can give myself and my children and better life."
